Culinary Coaching

Culinary coaching is defined as a “behavioral intervention that aims to improve nutrition and overall health by facilitating home cooking through an active learning process for participants that combines culinary training with health and wellness coaching competencies.”  

This integrated health coaching and culinary cooking is aimed to facilitate home cooking through active learning, empowering you to prepare healthy meals, learn necessary culinary skills and overcome barriers to cooking at home.  It’s a results-oriented approach that emphasizes personalized guidance for healthier eating habits.  By combining culinary training with health and wellness coaching, you can learn how to choose and cook healthy ingredients, plan balanced meals, and develop practical strategies to overcome barriers that may hinder your ability to cook at home.

We make cooking fun, rather than a chore by getting people together and experiencing the joy of cooking. You develop skills along the way and create meals that are not just nutritious but tickle your taste buds. 

Culinary coaching is designed around the members you choose and is suitable for small group sizes from 4-10 people.  They are held virtually and in-person. 

 Some examples are listed below and yes, we also offer customized arrangements and themes.

Team Cooking: Form a group of people.

  • Family cooking. Get your family together and let’s get cooking!
  • Couples’ night: Create a meal together with your partner and enjoy an experience in the kitchen. Sounds like an practical but fun filled date night activity.
  • Girls time together: Group of friends get together and spend an evening filled with cooking an under 30 min meal and “Healthy Eating Made Easy”.
  • Let’s pair the parent with the Child to infuse the joy of cooking from childhood and create a balanced fun meal.
