Meet our team

There is a lot of “Nutrition” advice out there but get the credentialed experts to share their knowledge which is evidence based and backed by formal training.  Our team consists of board certified registered dietitians/nutritionists (RDN) who can review your unique needs and work with you.

My Story

Dr. Anju Dang Ph.D., RDN is a registered dietitian with a broad scientific background. She obtained her Ph.D. in Immunology from Rutgers, New Jersey Medical School and is certified by the Commission of Dietetic Registration.  Anju got interested in food and nutrition since she got involved in epigenetics. She was fascinated with research happening in epigenetics which explained how our lifestyle influences the genes to turn on or off. She is enthusiastic about educating her clients on impact of food and nutrition in optimal health.  Anju is also passionate about working with patients who have diabetes, obesity, and other chronic conditions and assisting them in managing their diet.  Her philosophy for her patients is the same as what she applies to her family and friends – Food should fuel our body for optimal health and at the same time be “enjoyable”. Dr. Anju Dang counsels on lifestyle changes and self-managing skills to address the patient’s specific condition and coaches them on choosing foods to reach their nutritional goals.

My Story

Sarah Davis, MS, RDN, is a registered dietitian who graduated with both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Rutgers University. Sarah has always had an interest in food, part of which stemmed from her 13 years as a highly competitive swimmer. She loved learning about how different foods could fuel her body and optimize her performance in practice and competition. Outside of the pool, she has always loved tasting and cooking new foods and learning about the role food plays in our body.  As an RD, Sarah firmly believes that all foods fit into an enjoyable, well-balanced lifestyle.  We should all be free to enjoy our favorite foods with no guilt, while learning how we can use food to reach any goals we may have. She is passionate about helping others realize that food should be fun and exciting, and that food is so much more than just fuel. Food is at the core of how we interact with our own cultures and loved ones. She is excited to be part of the Princeton Nutrition team and is looking forward to sharing her love of food and nutrition through her work.
