Sautéed Garlic Bok Choy

Ingredients
- 4 cup bok choy, chopped
- 1 Tbs sesame oil
- 1 Tbs garlic, minced
- salt to taste
Directions
Prep
- Heat pan on medium Add oil to the pan. Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for 10 sec until slightly brown. Be careful to not let it burn.
- Chop bok choy and wash in a big bowl of Repeat the wash step. Drain and add add to the pan. Stir and cover with lid and cook on medium heat for 5-10 minutes.
- Add salt to Serve!
