  1. Heat pan on medium Add oil to the pan. Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for 10 sec until slightly brown. Be careful to not let it burn.
  2. Chop bok choy and wash in a big bowl of Repeat the wash step. Drain and add add to the pan. Stir and cover with lid and cook on medium heat for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Add salt to Serve!
